Dr. Kshama Mehrotra, PhD in Hindi Literature, is a respected academician, cultural thinker, and Co-Founder of FireSpark Services. With a strong foundation in literature and education, she brings intellectual depth and strategic vision to the company’s leadership. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Mehrotra has played an equally powerful role as a homemaker—nurturing values, resilience, and purpose in her family.
